Accounts aren't self-service — nobody can sign themselves up from the sign-in screen. New team members are added by an admin (see "+ Add team member" above) and set their own password via an emailed link, so you never need to know or share a password. That's real Supabase Auth, not a local PIN.

The website's Compass questionnaire now writes straight into this database — no Netlify Forms, no token to manage. Click "↻ Check enquiries" (top right) any time to pull in anything submitted since you last loaded the app.
Holiday helpline
24/7 for the duration of a client's stay. Shown only in the final Trip Book once a trip is confirmed — not on the public website, to avoid broadcasting a personal number.
Local file backup (extra copy, on top of Supabase)

Not connected — your data lives in Supabase either way; this just adds a local JSON copy as extra insurance (Supabase's free tier doesn't include automatic backups).

Chrome or Edge only (File System Access API). Once connected, every save also writes tenerife-crm-data.json to that folder, plus a dated snapshot in a backups/ subfolder (last 30 kept) — so a wiped browser can't take your business data with it.

Data

This is your manual backup — run it regularly (weekly at least, and always before a schema change), per §6 of the migration plan. Bulk import / reset-to-demo / clear-all are turned off in this Supabase build: they'd bypass Row Level Security and could corrupt real client data or break the link between a login and its profile. If you genuinely need to wipe or re-seed the database, that's a deliberate SQL Editor operation, on purpose — ask Werner (or Claude) to do it with you.
Experience library — full catalogue view (486 records: 32 categories × 8 regions, persona ★ matrix, supplier links, verified vs TripAdvisor-reference flag) lives in the Trip Planner's left rail. A standalone browsable catalogue screen is not built in this prototype.
Holiday Pantry — the real, functional pantry checklist (18 stocking categories, prefilled from Compass requests) lives in the Trip Planner's 🧺 tab, scoped per trip. A standalone cross-trip ops view (delivery windows, printable shopping lists) is not built in this prototype.
